the lack of postings.

this is a busy time with taxes, finishing up some business projects, caton looking for a job! yes caton is looking for a job. livestock has also been affected by this economy downfall. he does have a job til april 1st. we've been praying that God will have a plan for us, and will direct caton to a wonderful oppportunity. we feel all your prayers and trust that we will be taken care of. if you do know of anything opening up, that caton would be interested in, let us know. he loves being on the farm, outside and working animals. but will consider anything that shines upon us!

busy weekend.

this weekend was filled with a birthday party, tri kappa valentine dance, laundry and yard work. i feel like i need a weekend! i took some cute pictures of maya in the snow for her one year pictures. i'll post them shortly. the snow is albout gone. it was great having her in the snow, but being warm outside. it's been too cold to take outdoor pictures.

sick babies.

I went to pick up the kids up yesterday and found out some had been getting sick. I was so glad my two have been healthy. Then, the kids woke up from their naps. The fun began! Maya drank some milk, then shortly after...got sick. I knocked on wood, Chase was feeling great! At 3:00 in the morning Chase woke me up, he got sick. Caton was able to stay home today from work and tend to our sick babies. I'm praying Caton and I don't get sick. Hopefully Caton didn't have to much of a problem today. We'll see when I get home!

Maya's birthday celebration.

Maya turned one on Sunday! It's hard to believe that one year ago today we were bringing Maya home from the hospital. I've enjoyed every minute of her first year. I've been so blessed to have Maya in my life. Happy 1 st Birthday Maya!
